Alloy Consolidated Sdn Bhd operates and maintains the East Coast Expressway, a 235 km in length highway network on the east coast side of Penisular Malaysia. It secured tolling and maintenance contracts for the Kuala Lumpur – Karak Highway (KLK) and its extension, the East Coast Expressway Phase 1 (ECE1). Its other services include outdoor advertising as well as conventional and takaful insurance brokings.
MTD Capital Berhad (MTD Capital) is an investment holding company with interest in civil engineering and construction, infrastructure development, real estate & property development, energy, ports, and manufacturing of construction related materials. MTD Capital became a listed entity on the Second Board of Bursa Securities in 1994 and was subsequently transferred to the Main Board of Bursa Securities in 1998 until it was taken private on 10 May 2011.

50%-owned unit E-Idaman Sdn Bhd, via wholly owned Environment Idaman Sdn Bhd undertakes the solid waste collection and cleansing management in the northern states.
Meanwhile, Sinomast Metacorp Labuan Ltd (Sinomast Metacorp), which is Metacorp’s 50:50 joint venture with PT. Bintang Sinomast Limited, secured a 30-year concession for a coal terminal project at Cigading Port, Cilegon, Indonesia. The job was awarded to PT. Cigading International Bulk Terminal (CIBT), which is 95% owned by Sinomast Metacorp.

PT. Cigading International Bulk Terminal (CIBT) is a 95% subsidiary of Sinomast Metacorp (Labuan) Ltd; a 50-50 joint-venture company between Metacorp Berhad (Metacorp) and PT. Bintang Sinomast Limited.
PT. Cigading International Bulk Terminal has the exclusive rights to construct, finance and operate a state-of-the-art international bulk material handling terminal within the Port of Cigading. The port is strategically located along the busy Sunda Strait in West Java, which is well known in the maritime world for being one of the deepest and safest ports in Indonesia.
ANIH Berhad is a sister company of the AlloyMtd group. It has officially taken over the operations of Toll Concession from MTD Prime Sdn Bhd and Metramac Corporation Sdn Bhd who respectively owned the concessions for Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KLK), East Coast Expressway Phase 1 (ECE1); and KL-Seremban Expressway (KLS) with effect from 6 December 2011.
ANIH Berhad has since rebranded KLK and its extension ECE 1 as “LPT (Gombak-Karak-Kuantan-Jabor).”
